Return & Exchange Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY – SEETHU’S CLOSET

At Seethu’s Closet, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds once a product is sold. However, we do allow exchange under specific conditions:

  • Exchange is allowed only if you receive the wrong size or a damaged/incorrect product.

  • You must raise a request within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A full unboxing video is required to process any exchange request.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package (both sides)

    • Opening of the package

    • The product inside

Without this proof, we will not be able to process any claims for damage, missing, or incorrect items.


4. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order


5. Return Shipping Process

  • Currently, we do not provide reverse pickup.

  • Customers must self-ship the product to our return address (shared after approval).

  • Please ensure:

    • You use a trackable courier service

    • You collect a receipt with courier signature and contact details

Seethu’s Closet is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

  • Shipping charges (both forward & return) are non-refundable


7. Sale Items

  • Products purchased under sale/discount are not eligible for exchange

  • Exception: If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will process an exchange (with unboxing proof)


8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

    • The product is out of stock after order confirmation, OR

    • Exchange is not possible

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 8–10 working days


9. Store Credit (If Applicable)

  • In certain cases, we may issue store credit

  • Store credit:

    • Will be valid for 30 days

    • Will exclude shipping and COD charges
