Terms & Conditions - Seethu's Closet

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, and our return and exchange policy.

1. Products and orders

Products are subject to availability. Customers must provide accurate size, customisation, payment, contact, and delivery information. Orders are processed after online payment verification or COD confirmation, where COD is available.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in INR. Any applicable charge for custom length, add-ons, COD, or shipping is displayed before checkout. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected order.

3. Made-to-order products

Many dresses are made to order. Production begins using the size, length, sleeve, neckline, and custom measurements submitted with the order. Customers must review these selections carefully before checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

Domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. Delays can occur during high-volume periods or because of courier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. See the Shipping Policy for details.

5. Cancellation, exchange, and refund

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing an order. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds after sale. Limited exchanges are available for an incorrect size supplied by us, a damaged item, or an incorrect product when reported within 3 days of delivery with the required unboxing proof. Refunds apply only when an ordered product becomes unavailable or an eligible exchange cannot be provided. See the Return & Exchange Policy for complete conditions.

6. Product representation

Handcrafted garments can have slight variations in colour, embellishment, weaving, or print. Screen settings and photography can also affect how colours appear.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, photographs, designs, and branding belong to Seethu's Closet and may not be copied or reused without permission.
